itz the adrenalin
I can't believe i ate my big sis's share of breakfast this morning. i was totally preoccupied my thoughts running wild in my mind with "What if, What if, What ifs?" the thought of you being the forth to do your routine, with Gazillion pair of eyes starring at you,5people judging you, waiting to spot every mistake you make so as to deduct your marks and lower your avg score and trust me 0.01 makes a huge difference!it can be between a gold n silver. i just hate it when 2 person does the routine at the same time, that's what that caused me to loose my 0.1 mark last year. i got so nervous that i kept turning my head to rely on my competitor for the next step but not knowing that i turned my head too much, i change the angle of my body and ended the routine with a 90degree angle mistake, yea..you've guessed it right, caused me to loose my 0.1 mark.

Things to rmb
1. Taichi is soft and Carry hardness in it.
2.your arm is an outreach of yr body,stretch out!
3.Balance comes before lift so concentrate on Balance!
4.Taichi is abt balance. therefore, no balance= don't move
5.Complete the whole movement before moving on
6.Respect the judges! salute them when u r gonna start or when you've ended
7.TaiChi+adrenalin= bad, Taichi+relax= Good =D
8.Let the voice within speak

9.let your breath be your metronome
10.Always always maintain that speed!
